The PCCs of the three parishes met on Sunday 6th March 2011 following the service of Holy Communion. The meeting noted that the snow and icy weather had meant the cancellation of a number of Christmas services and events. However thanks were given to the Drs Jarrett for printing the Christmas events leaflets which had been posted to residents in the three parishes. The meeting felt that the move of Sunday services to the Llangwm Parish Hall from December to March, which had been agreed at the joint meeting in November 2010, had been successful and very positive for those who had attended. As well as being much warmer and more comfortable the ability to have refreshments and a time of fellowship after the service had been appreciated. The meeting decided to return to using the church buildings, as previously agreed, from the end of March but with an amended pattern which will be reviewed in September 2011. It was felt important to build on the success of the services in the Hall and continue to worship in the same way with one service at 10.30 each Sunday moving between the three parishes and returning to the Hall on the 4th Sunday. The following pattern was agreed:
The following service dates were agreed:
Thurs 21st Maundy Thursday - 7pm Passover Meal @ St John's Parish Hall Good Friday 22nd April - 10.30am - Stations of the Cross - St Jerome's Easter Sunday 24th April

The meeting agreed the dates for the three Annual Vestry Meetings. The meeting noted that individuals who had been confirmed and who regularly take communion in one of the parishes may apply to have their name included in the electoral roll for that parish. Those on the electoral role have the right to attend and vote at the annual vestry meeting and stand for election to the relevant PCC. The Vestry Meetings will all commence at 7.30pm
