Currently this Community Council comprises seven Councillors; five represent the district of Llangwm and two that of Llansoy. In August 2015 there were 113 properties in Llangwm, with 226 electors, and 60 properties in Llansoy, with 134 electors.
The Council normally meets on the third Tuesday of each month except for August and December.
The meeting is at 7:30 p.m. in the Parish Hall, Llangwm, which is on the main B4235 through the centre of the village. Any member of the public is welcome to attend, but not to speak without the Chairman's permission.
