Spring/Summer Trips 2018
We have three trips planned for this year as shown below. Each of these is by ticket-only.
Thursday 26th April, 11 a.m./2 p.m. - Guided Visit to the Welsh National Collections CentreThe visits are scheduled for 11 a.m. in the morning and again at 2 p.m. in the afternoon. Please indicate when booking whether morning or afternoon will suit you best.
The National Collections Centre in Nantgarw stores thousands of fascinating objects that are not on display. It is not open to the general public, but offers exclusive access to groups. This is your chance to see many of the items that there is no space to display in the National Museums.
As part of the visit, we have arranged talks on both the Transport Collection and the conservation work of the Centre.
Further information about the National Collections Centre is available at:
The cost is £2 pp.
Wednesday 9th May - Coach Trip to Abbey-Cwm-Hir House and GardensThe coach will pick us up from Llangwm at 9:15 and then from Twyn Square, Usk at 9:30. Abbey-Cwm-Hir is near Llandrindod Wells.
